Grace Place Wants to Help
Grace Place is a long-term homeless housing support program for women in St. Louis County. Grace Place has 10 locations which are single-family homes all throughout the beautiful city of Duluth. Grace Place specializes in helping women with issues of mental health and/or chemical dependency. Single women or women working towards reunification with their children are encouraged to complete a SPDAT through Coordinated Entry in making the first steps to determine eligibility for the program.

Eligibility is determined by your extent of homelessness, so before being interviewed for housing, you'll need to go through one of our common entry points. That's where you'll complete a Vulnerability Index - Service Prioritization Decision Assistance Tool. Some of the organizations that can conduct a VI-SPDAT include:
