We Want to Help
Grace Place & Zachary Place are long-term homeless housing support programs for women and men in St. Louis County. We have multiple locations which are single-family homes all throughout the beautiful city of Duluth. Grace Place & Zachary Place specialize in helping individuals with issues of mental health and/or chemical dependency. Single women or women working towards reunification with their children are encouraged to complete a SPDAT through Coordinated Entry in making the first steps to determine eligibility for the program.
Grace Place is a housing support program that empowers women, creates valuable connections, and improves quality of life through education, advocacy, and authentic meaningful relationships.
